The entire family was and still is devastated and we were trying to help my sister in law with some of the arrangements, when I was handed your website. I was impressed immediately. All of your products were beautiful and custom made, which was so important to the family. I believe I called you on Sunday or Monday, with a bunch of questions, and you were both so helpful. We were able to order the casket, with so many specialized details and it arrived in plenty of time for his viewing. I’d like to thank you again for the caring and compassion you showed to my sister in law when she called you about adding names and some other details. She was very impressed and felt so pleased with the finished casket. I would highly recommend your business to anyone in the native community who is dealing with the death of a loved one. During our time of loss, we just wanted my grandfather to buried and put to rest in the most beautiful casket, which he very much deserved. At this time of grieving it seems to be so hard to deal with everyday functions but while dealing with your company you made me feel so comfortable and welcomed, I know I have never officially met you and your wife in person but it seems like we knew each other for years. Dear Tobie & Lynn, a year ago my brother Lynn Patten and I laid our father to rest in the beautiful casket you made. Our pain was horrific but surrounding him with the things he loved…the picture of old Ute over his head and the wood of his beloved mountains made it better. I didn’t write then because the pain was to fresh. I write now o tell you that you are so appreciated by our family. My dad, Ray Patten, lived 91 years and now rests in peace knowing he is safely in the hands of our heavenly father and shielded on this earth by your creation. 

Mr. Tobie Benally, thank you for crafting the beautiful casket for our dad. It was a truly beautiful piece of work. Thank you again for your services.

Knowing you were there for us really helped lift our sorrow. Jeff’s and Nick’s hearts were less heavy after hearing from you.
